I work with a limited number of athletes and build custom training plans based on the athlete's athletic history, goals, and available training time.
I spend many hours working with my athletes to develop a long-range plan, one that looks months and years down the road. After an athlete has set realistic goals, we work together in building and implementing a training plan.
My athletes and I use WorkoutLog.com as a convenient tool of communication. After authorizing me as their coach, I access the athlete's workout log and monitor their progress on a daily basis. The private, password-protected messaging area also allows us to exchange and store workout updates as well as heart rate monitor and other files.
